Forming Technology: Cold Pressing
This process utilizes the plastic deformation property of metals. By applying pressure, it flattens microscopic convex peaks on the workpiece surface, thereby reducing surface roughness. High pressure is exerted in the mold cavity to form dense molded blanks, with techniques including surface rolling and extrusion. It is suitable for materials such as polycarbonate and polypropylene. Cold pressing can effectively enhance the material's tensile strength and elastic modulus.
