Forming Process: Cold Pressing
This process leverages the plastic deformation property of metals. By applying pressure, it flattens microscopic convex peaks on the workpiece surface, thereby reducing surface roughness. High pressure is exerted within the mold cavity to form dense molded blanks, with techniques including surface rolling and extrusion. It is suitable for materials like polycarbonate and polypropylene. Cold pressing can effectively enhance the material's tensile strength and elastic modulus.

Size Ranges
★ Seamless Flanges (DN15 - DN600, 1/2"~24")

The wall thickness of seamless flanges varies based on application scenarios and pressure requirements, typically ranging from 3 to 30mm. Models are classified by material (e.g., carbon steel, stainless steel), connection methods (e.g., welding), and implementation standards (e.g., GB/T 12459).
★ Welded Flanges (DN15 - DN1200, 1/2"~48")
The outer diameter of welded flanges is usually consistent with that of steel pipes with the corresponding nominal diameter. Specific specifications and dimensions are as follows:

*Note: Slight variations may occur due to different standards.
The wall thickness of welded flanges typically ranges from 2 to 20mm, varying with application scenarios and pressure requirements. Models are classified by material (e.g., carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, titanium alloy), connection method (mainly welding), and implementation standards (e.g., GB/T 12459, GB/T 13401, HG/T 3651, ASME B16.9).
