Forging
Select proper metal materials and carry out essential pre-treatment such as cutting and cleaning. Heat the metal billet to a specific temperature to boost its plastic properties and lower deformation resistance. Under the impact or pressure of a forging hammer or press, the billet undergoes plastic flow within the mold to take the desired shape (metal can deform freely in all directions under such forces). Forgings produced with specialized molds have precise dimensions. After forging, the workpiece is cooled to stabilize its shape and performance, followed by heat treatment, machining, and surface finishing to further enhance its performance and accuracy.
Mandrel Forming
Employs precision mandrels tailored to forming requirements to support workpieces during processing, ensuring stable dimensions and reducing deformation, especially suitable for shaping components with complex inner structures.

Forged threaded fittings are classified based on material (e.g., carbon steel, stainless steel), connection method (threaded joints), and implementation standards (such as ASME B16.11). Wall thickness generally ranges from 3 to 20mm, with specific values adjusted according to application scenarios and pressure demands.
Forged Socket Welded Fittings
Standards applicable to forged socket welded fittings include GB/T 14383-2021 and ASME B16.11, with common sizes typically up to DN100 (larger sizes are non-standard and customized based on requirements).
GB/T 14383-2021
Covers nominal dimensions of DN100 or smaller, with pressure ratings of 2000LBS, 3000LBS, 6000LBS, and 9000LBS (for steel materials).
