Cold Pressing
Taking advantage of the characteristics of plastic deformation of metal, the microscopic convex peaks on the surface of the workpiece are flattened by applying pressure, thereby reducing the surface roughness. High pressure is applied in the mold cavity to make a compact molded blank. Including surface rolling, surface extrusion processing, etc. Suitable for polycarbonate, polypropylene and other materials. By cold pressing processing, the tensile strength and elastic modulus of the material can be improved.
Forging
Select the right metal material and perform necessary pretreatment, such as cutting, cleaning, etc.Heat the metal blank to a certain temperature to increase its plasticity and reduce deformation resistance. Under the blow or pressing of a forging hammer or press, the metal blank flows plastically in the mold to form the desired shape. The metal is freely deformed in all directions using impact force or pressure.Forged in special molds, the forgings produced are accurate in size.After the forging is complete, the forging is cooled to secure its shape and performance. Including heat treatment, machining and surface treatment, etc., to improve the performance and accuracy of forgings.

Mandrel Forming
Design appropriate shaft shape and size according to machining requirements. Precision metal processing technology, such as turning, grinding, etc., is used to produce high-precision mandrel. Install the manufactured mandrel on processing equipment such as lathes or grinders and debug it to ensure that it can support the workpiece stably. When processing thin-walled metal pipes, mandrel is often inserted into the inner cavity of the pipe, and radial support avoids deformation during turning, achieving high-precision processing.
