Materials

 

Austenitic SS: 304/304L/316L (1.4301, 1.4404, etc.)

Duplex Steel: F51/S31803, F53/S32750 (Chloride Resistance)

Super Alloys: 904L, 317L (UNS S31703) for Acid/Caustic Service

304 Stainless steel: It has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance and processing properties, can resist general acid and alkali corrosion, and is widely used in various industrial fields and daily life.

316 Stainless steel: Molybdenum is added to the 304, and its corrosion resistance is stronger, especially chloride ion corrosion resistance. It is often used in areas such as marine environment, chemical industry, and medical care that require high corrosion resistance.

321 Stainless steel: Added titanium elements, improving the material's resistance to intergranular corrosion, and is suitable for high-temperature environments, such as aerospace, electricity and other fields.

The specifications of stainless steel flanges include nominal diameter, pressure level and other parameters.
