The next step is the forming process. Common forming methods are cold rolling and hot rolling. Advanced welding techniques, such as argon arc welding and laser welding, are used to weld the edges of the stainless steel strips together to form a continuous pipe. The welding process requires strict control of welding parameters to ensure the quality of the weld and avoid defects such as pores and cracks.

After welding is completed, rounding and sizing treatments must be carried out. Through special rounding and sizing equipment, the roundness and diameter of the pipe are corrected to make the pipe meet the specified specifications.

Then enter the heat treatment stage. According to the material and use of stainless steel, appropriate heat treatment processes such as annealing, quenching, tempering, etc. are adopted to eliminate welding stress and improve the organization and performance of the metal.

Finally, surface treatment and inspection. Stainless steel pipes are subjected to surface treatments such as pickling and passivation to improve their corrosion resistance and aesthetics. After strict appearance inspection, size inspection, performance testing and other inspection processes to ensure that the product quality is qualified, it can enter the market for sale.
